This policy outlines when and how Testcover.com provides refunds to customers.

Matching customers to our service. We offer free, trial service to new customers, so you can use and evaluate Testcover.com for your test design needs. We are available to answer questions and offer advice to assist you in assessing the service for your situation. Our objective is to establish the suitability of the service for new customers before purchase. This policy allows us to maximize the value of the service for each customer and to minimize the need for refunds.

When we provide refunds. To request a refund, please send us a written statement by electronic or postal mail, including the Order ID, User name (login), and reason for requesting a refund. We will provide a response within 5 business days and, where applicable, a refund within 30 days.

How we provide refunds. Refunds will be prorated for service time used. The refund amount will be the purchase price multiplied by the percent of unused service time. Refunds for payment card purchases will be credited to the cards used for purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. If we do change it, we will inform you promptly.
